What is Silentel® SecureCall™?

Silentel® SecureCall™ is a software application that encrypts your call through the GSM mobile phone and absolutely thwarts its tapping. Encryption uses the AES 256 algorithm which is currently the highest security standard worldwide. It is provided in two versions - Standard and Professional.

SecureCall

The SecureCall™ Standard version contains encryption software module SecureCall™ that provides a full value call encryption by the algorithm AES 256. The authentication, storage and the key management are performed directly in the mobile phone. Communication is implemented with the half-duplex mode which means that only one participant can talk at one time. It works similarly to Walkie-Talkies.

The SecureCall™ Professional version has a complete set of the Standard version functions, moreover, it contains a hardware module SecureSafe. Compared to the Standard version it allows a full duplex communication which significantly increases the users´ comfort. Both versions use the same encryption software module SecureCall™, therefore the security level of the encrypted call is identical for both.

SecureCall

The hardware module Silentel® SecureSafe is to provide the authentication and the key management and at the same time to serve as a safe storage for the keys. The SecureSafe is connected to the mobile phone through Bluetooth interface.

The Professional version can be switched at any time into the software regime Standard. This ability allows the use of Secure Call Professional even at the moment when the hardware module SecureSafe is unavailable, for example when your battery is empty or when you simply do not have it with you.
